Queers Of Joy October
Queers of Joy is a space for trans, gender divers, queers and allies to come together in a night of entertainment and community. Into our fourth year we are known for creating a really connected space in which to seamlessly go on a journey from vulnerable stories to joyous raucousness, all with love and affinity. This latest show has been specially curated to showcase the beautiful and rich diverseness in our community and honour different cultural and personal representations of gender. If you yearn for community, Queers of Joy is for you.
Seating is general admission.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
There is limited free street parking on Faversham Street and Sydenham Road.
You are welcome to be in the space however works for you.
There are regular opportunities to leave the space and come back in as you need.
Queers of Joy takes place on the lands of the Gadigal people. We pay our respects to all elders. We acknowledge the long legacy of Brotherboys and Sistergirls and queer First Nations people as well as their ongoing sharing of knowledge and tradition. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
